For parties of 6 + we take a deposit to secure your booking. Deposits vary depending on length of time. Deposits are non-refundable and only redeemable against your bill on the day. For groups under 6 guests are required to store their card details to secure their booking. The card will be charged £10pp in the event of a no show.
We allocate seating/spaces appropriate to party size and whether its for food or drinks and allocate tables on a first come first serve basis. Although we cannot guarantee any specific seating/spaces we try our best to accommodate all requests.
Absolutely! We have two large bars where you can order drinks and stand. There are some limited tables that are kept for walk-ins only and work on a first come first serve basis.
We operate a 15 minute grace period for all bookings to show up or you run the risk of losing your booking. If you are late for your booking and we are still able to accommodate, we may be unable to extend your booking slot.
Of course! We appreciate that no one wants to leave the hottest spot in town! We have loads of space across two floors at Berlinkys.
We welcome any and all guests into Berlinkys. However if we deem a member of the group to be intoxicated entry may be refused.
We do not allow any sportswear or hen/stag group dress up.
We allow children in the venue until 7pm however our Sunday Service events are 18+. Children must order food due to licensing restrictions.
Yes you can, if the kitchen can accommodate your order on the night
If cancelled at least 24h prior, their deposit can either be refunded or used in the evening. If cancelled within 24h of booking, their deposit is forfeited. s.
If cancelled at least 24h in advance, we will refund your deposit. If cancelled within 24h of your booking, your deposit is forfeited.
If we can accomodate, absolutely.
Unfortunately we do not allow any dress up, balloons or table decorations.
